We are aware of the issue where most if not all the shows and movies in the app are stuck in processing.
Handling this kind (and amount) of content can take a toll on the host servers, but they should be back up and running in a couple of days.
At the time of this post there is no official response from the developers, but we’ll keep you all posted when they announce anything.
