It’s official: Apple stopped signing iOS 9.0.2 today. What this means is that if you are to restore your phone from a jailbreak, you are no longer able to downgrade to this version to re-jailbreak.

We can only hope that cydia impactor is updated soon to support iOS 9 to avoid losing your jailbreak.
