iOS 9 First Impressions

I have been playing with iOS 9 for about 24 hours now, and I am undecided what to make of it yet.

Don’t get me wrong, the system has great features. I love Siri’s new UI and responsiveness, I like the thinner font and the overall cleaner look it gives my iPhone. I also liked how the file size was under 2GB, making it one of the smallest iOS ever.

But like with all betas, bugs make it a little harder to enjoy the full experience. So far my iPhone has taken 3 screenshots by itself when unlocking/turning on, the phone takes longer to turn on, some apps don’t work (but that’s obvious), among other little things.

Battery life – LOL

All in all, I like the idea of what iOS 9 will offer once it’s fully developed and released to the public. We will see what the rest of the betas bring along.
