So we got a update for the Pangu untether today Version 1.3. It says in the change log that it’s to help speed up the boot time on 9.1 devices. And that 9.0 devices will see no improvements. This update also fixes the constant update request in Cydia! The update does require a reboot after its installed. 

So get to Cydia and update Pangu Untether now!
