Just saw this tweak was pushed today. And I know there is a lot of users that want this tweak. What it does is let you simply swipe up on the home card in multitasking to dismiss all open windows. 

I noticed that having more open in iOS 9 will definitely drain your battery. At least for me it does. So make sure to get SwipeHome and stop those Multitasking cards from building up.
