Looks like Pangu team has released a update to the Pangu 8 program to version 1.2.1 to included the new Cydia in the install.
If you are already jailbroken and did the Cydia update in Cydia, then you are fine. This is really just for new jailbreakers they will need to use version 1.2.1 and not version 1.2.0.
