We have got the update for the dtathemes app! This is only the ipa version for ios 7. So you will have to resign it with zuesmos. All that it does is change the icon we just felt that the new icon is way better. We will post a theme for winterboard on the repo to change the icon if you are jailbroken. Enjoy!
