Looks like we have a Cydia Substrate today. It does not look like a major update. But these types of updates are a move to help the stability of the Pangu Jailbreak. 

Change log is 

0.9.6101 fixes an issue where Cycript could not inject into a 32-bit process. (This bug might have affected Substrate in some more general way? I am not yet sure about this.)

So from what I read I believe we could see another update for Cydia Substrate soon.
