There is a update for the Pangu Untether in Cydia with the change log. 

Version 1.2 of this package removes the software update daemon, which protects your jailbreak and actually fixes a problem where Manage Storage would for unknown reasons show a spinny and never finish :/.

Make sure to do a backup before you install the update.  Just in case you have to reboot you don’t want to run the risk of a BLOD.
