Music Home Sharing discontinued

iOS has had a feature since iOS 4.3 which lets you stream music for free from your computer over your local network has been removed from Apple’s latest major operating system update, iOS 8.4. The removal of this very popular feature is most likely due to Apple wanting everybody to subscribe to their $10 a month streaming service, Apple Music – which let’s you stream any song, at any time. Apple’s latest move is a clever business move due restrict users either by their own library, iTunes Match and Apple Music.
Many users haven’t taken this change lightly and have resorted to downgrading their devices back to iOS 8.3 so they utilize the feature, once again.
